Seeking a Virtual Assistant who has the experience to manage all company social media and eventually -- freelancers and other virtual staff members on multiple platforms. We are looking for someone who is kind, a team player, open to feedback, quick to complete tasks and follows through with consistent work.

Proficient in the following social media platforms is required: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, Periscope, and Twitter.

Knowledge in the following programs would be helpful: Dropbox, Asana, Hootsuite, Latergram.me, 1Password, Upwork, Fiverr, Speakpipe, Libsyn, and Wordpress? also skilled in Microsoft Office and use of Google docs. In addition, feel confident using editing software like Adobe Suite or design software like Canva.

You must be proficient in assigning tasks to all company freelancers and then follow through to make sure each task is completed up to our standards. We are looking for someone available part-time, but with flexible hours. Note we are EASTERN Standard Time and would need to overlap time zones during each daily shift. Excellent written and understanding of English is extremely important.

We will be hiring on a temporary 3 month-basis, with the opportunity for permanent freelance employment.

It is mandatory that you use 1Password or equivalent program on all devices and accounts pertaining to our company.

Lastly, you must be willing to do a video Skype interview.

• Find inspiration for social media posts
• Schedule time to look at social media accounts
• Transcribe blog posts into social media posts
• Organize photos and video files for use on social media
• Proof read newsletter
• Create photos for use on social media
• Manage newsletter subscribers list
• Create a schedule for communicating with my customers and team
• Research topics for e-books or reports
• Schedule photo shoots
• Edit photos
• Select photos to use
• Submit articles regarding e-book to sites
• Rewrite e-mail sequence to customers
• Create a thank you video for customers

FACEBOOK
• Write Facebook updates
• Manage my Facebook inbox
• Click “like” when anyone responds to posts on Facebook
• Create Facebook banner art that changes weekly
• Interact with new Facebook followers, research to see is appropriate
• Create videos on Facebook
• Check stats on Facebook likes
• Review Facebook pages like mine
• Analyze patterns and success on pages like mine
• Interact and comment on Facebook
• Create canva type images for Facebook
• Analyze best time to post on Facebook
• Research top hashtags to use on Facebook

INSTAGRAM
• Post daily video and photos to Instagram
• Like and interact with Instagrammers in my target market
• Find content to feature on my Instagram feature pages
• Manage Instagram DMs
• Interact with new Instgram followers, research to see if appropriate
• Create canva type images for Instagram
• Analyze best time to post
• Rearch top hash tags

TWITTER
• Write tweets
• Schedule tweets
• Manage twitter DMs
• Interact with new followers
• Create short 30-second videos to post
• Download and categorize all previously tweeted content
• Upload all previously tweeted content into excel
• Upload all previously tweeted content and images into drop box
• Create canva type images for Twitter
• Change cover art on Twitter
• Favorite tweets
• Unfollow irrelevant people on twitter
• Analyze top performing tweets
• Create similar tweets
• Analyze best time to post and hash tags

YOUTUBE
• Edit videos for YouTube

PINTEREST

If you are willing to complete these three tasks, please have it available for viewing via dropbox and/or a private YouTube link with two days.

FINALLY, when writing us back, please provide us with an overview of your social media and/or writing skills in addition to everything else. We are looking for someone who can both write, but also manage our social media efforts.
