We’re a U.S.-based wholesale real estate company seeking a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking virtual assistant to cold call property owners, qualify leads, and close deals. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a confident phone presence, and experience in sales or real estate. You’ll be responsible for building rapport, gathering property information, and negotiating with sellers.

Cold call commercial property owners from a provided list

Ask key screening questions and gather property details

Build rapport and identify motivated sellers

Follow scripts, handle objections, and push deals forward

Update CRM with call notes and lead status

? Requirements:

Excellent spoken English and communication skills

Proven cold calling or sales experience (real estate a big plus)

Confident, persuasive, and comfortable on the phone

Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Experience using CRMs or lead tracking tools preferred
