Telegram Social Media Manager

We are looking for a driven and highly organized Content Manager & Acquisition Specialist to join our digital team. This is a pivotal role that combines daily content sourcing, editing, scheduling, and live content management for a fast-moving brand centered on the Dubai lifestyle of a British forex trader.

You’ll start at $500/month, with clear growth opportunities as you take on more advanced responsibilities within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Sourcing & Management:

Source and acquire 10+ high-quality videos or images daily from Instagram and related sources, reflecting a luxury, modern Dubai lifestyle.

Select and review content for quality, brand alignment, and originality.

Edit posts as needed: remove/replace audio, crop, add branded overlays or captions, blur watermarks/location tags, etc.

Organize and file content in Google Drive according to strict naming and folder conventions.

Maintain and update the team’s content tracker in Google Sheets.

Content Distribution:

Review and schedule posts in advance using Telegram or other group publishing tools.

Forward daily content into Telegram groups for members.

Manage live content: when live trades or urgent updates are sent to you, ensure they are posted in the group within 30 minutes (during your availability window).

Ensure content reaches the group accurately and on time—no missed days.

Live Trade Posting:

Stay available between 8am and 8pm China time for live trade updates or urgent tasks.

Dedicate around 6–7 hours daily to focused work; the remaining time simply requires being on-call to post live trade updates or handle emergency adjustments as needed.

General Management:

Regularly communicate with the core team on updates, suggestions, and process improvements.

Proactively solve problems and flag any issues with content or posting.

Take initiative on organizing, batching, and improving the content flow for members.

Who You Are:

Experienced with Instagram content sourcing, editing, and curation.

Skilled at organizing files and managing content libraries in Google Drive.

Reliable, highly responsive, and able to work under time-sensitive conditions.

Proactive, with strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality.

Confident using Telegram (or willing to learn) and handling scheduled or urgent posts.

Good written and spoken English.

Career Progression:

Starting salary: $500/month, with opportunities to earn up to $1,000/month as you advance into Master VA or team lead roles.

Working Hours:

Flexible workday (approx. 6–7 focused hours), but must be available and responsive between 8am and 8pm China time for live posts.
