We're seeking a talented Filipino Content Strategist who specializes in creating sophisticated visual content that converts high-ticket buyers. This role focuses on Miro board creation, strategic reel editing, and occasional photo enhancement to build authority-based marketing systems.

## Employment Details

## Key Responsibilities

### Primary Content Creation (90% of role)

#### Miro Board Creation (50% of role)
- **Weekly Output**: Create 10-15 comprehensive Miro boards for content filming
- **Business Framework Visualization**: Design flowcharts showing client acquisition systems, pricing models, and funnel structures
- **Strategic Diagrams**: Build visual representations of selective exposure funnels, authority positioning strategies, and buyer psychology frameworks
- **Process Mapping**: Create detailed visual workflows for sales processes and business scaling methodologies
- **Educational Content Frameworks**: Develop clear visual explanations of business concepts for high-ticket audiences
- **Comparative Analysis**: Design before/after business model comparisons and competitive positioning maps

#### Reel Editing (35% of role)
- **Weekly Output**: Edit 6-10 high-quality reels from raw footage and screen recordings
- **Authority-Building Content**: Create polished reels that build perceived expertise and credibility
- **Screen Recording Integration**: Blend talking head footage with Miro board demonstrations seamlessly
- **Proof Integration**: Incorporate testimonials, revenue screenshots, and social proof into reel narratives
- **Educational Editing**: Transform complex business explanations into engaging, digestible reel formats
- **Trend Application**: Apply current reel trends while maintaining professional, authority-focused positioning

#### Photo Editing (5% of role)
- **Occasional Enhancement**: Edit photos for authority positioning and brand consistency
- **Professional Touch-ups**: Basic retouching, lighting optimization, and background enhancement
- **Social Proof Editing**: Clean up testimonial screenshots and revenue displays

### Strategic Planning (10% of role)
- **Content Strategy Documents**: Create 2-3 weekly strategy documents for content planning
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor which visual styles and formats perform best
- **Content Optimization**: Suggest improvements based on engagement and conversion data

## Required Skills & Experience

### Technical Requirements (Must-Have)
- **Miro Expertise**: Advanced diagram creation, strategic visualization, professional template design
- **Video Editing**: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar professional editing software
- **Photo Editing**: Basic to intermediate Photoshop/Lightroom skills for occasional enhancement work
- **Design Fundamentals**: Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and brand consistency

## Compensation
