DNS Administrator / Email Deliverability Specialist

I'm looking for an experienced Email Deliverability & DNS Specialist to urgently troubleshoot and optimize DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX) across multiple domains. The goal is to resolve existing DNS errors and achieve full compliance so that all domains are ready to use on Instantly AI for effective email warm-up campaigns.

This role is part-time.

Key Tasks:

- Resolve SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX record issues.
- Fix SMTP banner mismatches, reverse DNS errors, and related configuration issues.
- Achieve "all green" DNS status in MXToolbox or similar validation tools.
- Prepare domains for safe, effective use with Instantly AI.

Requirements:

- Proven expertise with DNS configuration and email deliverability practices.
- Familiarity with Instantly AI email warming setup.
- Strong troubleshooting skills using MXToolbox, Cloudflare, or related tools.
