Web & Brand Designer – Canva + GoHighLevel

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Web & Brand Designer to help us build beautiful visual assets for restaurant consultants and restaurant businesses. You’ll be designing in Canva and GoHighLevel, creating landing pages, websites, flyers, and branded materials that help our clients look professional and win more business.

You’ll also use AI tools to help generate content faster — from image generation to creative writing support — so you can move fast without waiting on copywriters or developers. You don’t need to be a coder or writer, but you should be comfortable prompting and editing AI-generated content to fit your designs.

You’ll work directly with the founder and a small team and help shape how the brand looks and feels across all client and consultant touchpoints.

What You’ll Do
Design clean, professional landing pages and websites in GoHighLevel

Create branded materials in Canva, including:

Sales one-pagers

Loyalty flyers and QR promos

Consultant onboarding documents

Tech audit reports and PDFs

Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Canva AI) to:

Draft headlines and text for layouts

Create quick mockups and test visuals

Support faster creative execution with guided inputs

Organize design assets and templates for internal and client use

Contribute ideas to improve clarity, polish, and brand consistency

What You Must Have
Strong Canva skills — design, layout, font selection, brand consistency

Experience building or editing web pages in GoHighLevel

Eye for clean, modern design (especially for service businesses)

Comfortable using AI tools for content or visuals (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write, Midjourney, etc.)

Fluent English comprehension (you’ll work via chat, Loom, docs)

Full-time availability (40 hrs/week)

Work hours must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (9AM–5PM EST)

Familiar with Webflow, Figma, or light HTML/CSS
