My name is Cheryl McBryde-Pitter — I’m a licensed therapist, author, and product creator.

I already have a dedicated designer who handles visuals and content posting. What I’m looking for now is someone who can focus on SALES — not just visibility.

What I’m Looking For:
This is not a basic content posting or VA role. I’m hiring a strategist who can:

Drive daily or weekly product sales (not just engagement)

Build a relevant, aligned audience (not random followers)

Plan sales campaigns for therapy offers, digital guides, and journals

Write captions, CTAs, and email promos that convert

Track performance and optimize based on what’s working

Work alongside my designer (she’s already creating visuals + scheduling posts)

You Might Be a Fit If:
You’ve sold digital products, not just marketed them

You know how to speak to emotionally overwhelmed, high-capacity women

You understand funnels, buyer psychology, product positioning, and brand voice

You’re confident creating micro-launches, challenges, or growth campaigns

You can show results from past work and you take initiative

TEST TASK (Required):

This doesn’t need to be fancy or long. I want to see how you think, sell, and write.

Role Details:
Hours: 5–10 hours per week

Rate: $6–$8 USD/hour (depending on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote

Platform Use: Instagram, Payhip, Etsy, Carrd, MailerLite (don’t worry if you’re not an expert in all — you’ll have support)
