Long-Term Video Editor – YouTube Channel

We're growing the Dara Denney YouTube channel and are looking for a dependable, experienced video editor to join us long-term. The channel focuses on marketing, advertising, and growth content, so we're looking for someone who’s comfortable editing videos in that niche and can bring clarity and energy to educational content.

What You’ll Do
Edit long-form, talking-head style YouTube videos focused on marketing (approx. 4 videos per month).
Draft thumbnails that grab attention in Photoshop (or similar tools).
Follow a clear, consistent production process and deliver on time.
Apply thoughtful, story-driven cuts, simple graphics, and smooth transitions.
Share creative input to help improve video performance when helpful.


What We’re Looking For
Strong editing experience, especially with YouTube content (portfolio required).
Detail-oriented and reliable.
Proactive communicator who can work independently.
You can use any editing software — quality and consistency matter most.
Nice to have: Interest in or familiarity with marketing, advertising, or business content.

Compensation & Setup
$300 per video produced
Long-term freelance role with steady weekly work
Remote and flexible hours
