Real Estate Operations Agent

Kingsman Investment Group LLC is a dynamic and rapidly growing wholesale real estate company seeking a driven and detail-oriented Efficiency Agent to help streamline our backend operations and drive data-driven productivity across our systems. We are inviting you to interview for the role of the Efficiency Agent.The Efficiency Agent will play a critical role in supporting our marketing, lead generation, data management, and analytical functions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct skip tracing using QualitySkip to ensure high-quality lead data.

Pull, organize, and manage data from Lead Sonar, PropStream, and DataFlick.

Maintain and update company-wide KPIs, including marketing performance and individual/team productivity.

Manage REI Sift platform, including initial setup, data hygiene, and campaign segmentation.

Oversee and create social media content across platforms; manage messaging and page interactions.

Track and update cold call lead performance with Call Geeks, ensuring accurate status updates.

Set up and deploy RVM (ringless voicemail) campaigns.

Manage and track Facebook meta data ---------- to inform marketing strategy.

Import/export lead lists and maintain CRM accuracy in Close Kit.

Fill out and upload MLS deal sheets as required for active and potential transactions.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in wholesale real estate, data management, or operations coordination.

Familiarity with tools like QualitySkip, PropStream, Lead Sonar, REI Sift, Call Geeks, and Close Kit is strongly preferred.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in social media platforms and marketing tracking tools (Facebook Meta preferred).

Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
