JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to serve as our Project Manager and Trello Expert. Your main responsibility will be to set up, manage, and maintain Trello boards for our events and operations, keep the team on task, and train others in using Trello effectively. You will also help with administrative support, scheduling, documentation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
? Create and manage Trello boards with clear columns, cards, checklists, and due dates
? Teach and support tea ---------- mbers in using Trello confidently
? Track deadlines and ensure follow-up on task completion
? Document workflows, SOPs, and training materials
? Help manage calendars and schedule meetings
? Send weekly status updates
? Communicate clearly with the team via WhatsApp, Trello, and email
? Participate in morning tea ---------- etings on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00 AM EST

Requirements:
? Excellent Trello skills
? Strong organizational and project management abilities
? Solid written English communication skills
? Proficient with Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Zoom
? Reliable internet and computer
? Use of time-tracking software (TimeProof)

Bonus:
? Familiarity with Go High Level
? Experience with Canva, social media scheduling
