Our founder and CEO of a block chain and NFT company is battling an unresolved dental issue that demands VIP- Level coordination as soon as possible. He needs an assistant who treats every task as mission-critical. Moves at startup speed and delivers crystal clear updates without hand holding.??

What will you do?
- Lock in time sensitive medical and dental appointments.
- Identify prosthodontists or occlusion and TMD specialists who use digital bite- analysis tools such as T-scan or Biopak.
- Negotiate VIP Slots inside one week, confirm paper work, and follow up until I am in the chair.
- Relentless follow-up and escalation
- If a clinic or vendor goes dark for 24 hours, you escalate, call, or switch to the next lead. No dead ends. -
- Concise daily reporting
- Daily-reporting WhatsApp update by 6 p.m. Thai time: contacts reached, status, next steps, blockers.
- Rapid researches and logistics.
- Compare costs, flights, and hotel or visa details if overseas treatment becomes necessary.??

Must-haves:
- Proven track record booking hard-to-get  appointments or managing high-stakes schedules in medical, legal or C-suite contexts.
- Internet-native skills with WhatsApp, Goggle Sheets, and basic crypto literacy.
- Fearless on the phone and comfortable pushing past gatekeepers worldwide
- Clean, direct written English.
- Reliable laptop, headsets, and rock-solid internet.???
