UI/UX Designer (Remote, Day Shift, Flexi Hours – PHT Time)

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us create clean, user-friendly website designs for our clients — mainly dental clinics across Australia. If you love designing in Figma and also have an eye for visuals (including photo editing), this might be the role for you.

This is a remote, flexible role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys collaborating with developers, project managers, and content teams to bring websites to life that not only look good but also work well for users.


What You’ll Be Doing

• Design website layouts, landing pages, and page flows using Figma
• Collaborate with the team to turn briefs and ideas into intuitive UI
• Make sure designs are aligned with client branding and user experience goals
• Do basic photo editing to enhance visuals for websites (resizing, retouching, adding elements)
• Provide clean, structured design files that are dev-friendly
• Review live builds and give design feedback before launch


What We’re Looking For

• Experience designing websites or digital interfaces
• Proficiency in Figma is a must
• Comfortable editing photos for web use, such as resizing, retouching, and enhancing visuals as needed
• Good understanding of UX principles, layout, spacing, and user flow
• Detail-oriented and organised with your design files
• Can communicate clearly and respond well to feedback
• Bonus if you’ve worked with dev teams or used platforms like WordPress (not required though)


Work Hours

• Remote with flexible hours
• Most of our team works between 10 AM – 6 PM PHT, so it’s best if you’re available during that window for quick check-ins or reviews
