Product Listing Specialist (Visuals | AI | Multilingual | Shopify) – Remote, Long-Term

We run a fast-growing eCommerce dropshipping business with multiple online stores across various countries. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Product Listing Specialist who is detail-oriented, creative with visuals, multilingual, and skilled with AI tools.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for creating visually appealing, accurate, and well-written product listings. Following our clear processes—including using our pre-built AI prompt—you will:

Upload new products manually into Shopify with complete accuracy.

Use our existing AI prompt (ChatGPT) to write compelling product titles and descriptions.

Adjust and fine-tune AI outputs as needed for clarity, tone, and accuracy.

Translate product listings accurately into multiple languages using ---------- , ensuring natural and correct phrasing per language.

Generate, edit, and enhance product images using AI tools (like MidJourney, DALL·E, Leonardo AI, etc.) and graphic editors (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).

Tag, categorize, and structure products properly in Shopify for navigation, SEO, and consistency.

Format product pages neatly with correct bullet points, specifications, sizing info, and SEO fields.

Maintain a high standard of visual quality and text accuracy in all languages.

Perform quality checks before publishing to ensure no errors slip through.

Suggest improvements in the AI prompt, listing process, or templates when you see opportunities.

Collaborate and communicate with the team via Slack for daily updates.

Manage tasks, deadlines, and workflow using ---------- — staying organized and proactive.

You Must Have Experience With:
Shopify (manual product listing, product variants, SEO metadata, tags, etc.).

AI image generation tools (such as MidJourney, DALL·E, Leonardo AI, or similar).
