You must have extensive hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including creating and fine-tuning automations, workflows, and managing daily operational tasks. Your primary focus will be optimizing our current system, integrating third-party tools such as Zapier, and ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively suggest realistic and creative ideas to improve our processes and automations, helping to streamline our pipeline.

Manage, optimize, and enhance existing automations and workflows within GoHighLevel.

Identify and implement necessary system improvements.

Integrate external platforms (Zapier) to streamline and expand automation capabilities.

Create, review, and test client-facing messaging to ensure clear and effective communication.

Regularly perform testing and validation of automations to guarantee smooth and reliable performance.
