Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our editorial team. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable working with AI-generated content, SEO tools, and spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities
Run Screaming Frog reports: Conduct website crawls using Screaming Frog SEO Spider and extract key data for analysis.
Prepare spreadsheets from Screaming Frog data: Organize, filter, and format crawl data into structured reports for internal use.
Basic content formatting and proofreading: Ensure AI-generated content is readable and aligns with editorial guidelines.
Assist with editorial workflows: Support content planning and coordination tasks as needed.

Requirements
Experience with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar).
Familiarity with Screaming Frog SEO Spider and the ability to extract relevant data.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency.
