We leverage platforms like HighLevel (GHL), Zapier, Make, N8N, AirTable, VAPI and Noloco, and we're building a suite of products for our clients, normally centred around HighLevel. Our multi-skilled, dynamic team is the heart of our success.

# The Opportunity:

We're seeking a remote-working AI & Automation Engineer to assist our clients to streamline their business processes with the right no-code tools, better processes, automation and AI. The role will involve client-facing consulting based on experience, but might include workflow strategy and design, HighLevel setup calls, setting up of/ building and optimising no-code systems and processes, workflow automation building with Zapier, data migration, troubleshooting, training, and support.

You will also have the opportunity to build products that we will then sell to our customers. There will always be opportunities for professional growth and taking on additional responsibilities within our team as we grow.

# Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Implement No-Code Solutions: Use your knowledge of tools like HighLevel, Noloco, Airtable and mastery of Zapier to craft and deploy custom solutions and automation workflows that meet our clients' diverse needs.

- API Integration: Leverage your understanding of APIs and webhooks to extend the capabilities of no-code platforms, ensuring seamless integration between diverse systems that don't provide a native Zapier integration.

- Technical Problem-Solving: Address and resolve complex technical challenges within automation and AI workflows, ensuring reliability and performance.

- Process Documentation: Write reports covering recommendations and develop clear, concise documentation for processes and workflows.

- Training and Support: Help our clients to enhance their proficiency in using the no-code platforms and workflows built for them. Ability to conduct onboarding for HighLevel clients is highly desirable.

- Foster Client Relationships: Nurture relationships with clients by actively listening, acknowledging their needs, steering conversations constructively and building rapport. Maintain service levels by proactively checking in with progress and responding to support queries promptly.

- Work with the CEO to build out internal infrastructure to automate all aspects of our own business.

- Depending on experience, build templated websites on WordPress with Breakdance


# Remuneration, Hours and Location:

The role is full-time - we do not expect you to be working on other jobs without requesting this from us first.

The hours are on a flexible basis. We pay you for holidays, and we also pay the 13th month.

We want to pay you what you need, so that money is not a factor for you, and what you request will be a factor in the selection process. Please ensure that your profile is up to date with an accurate rate that you are looking to receive.

This is a remote-working role, therefore the position is not limited by location. You must, however, be able to work some UK business hours, and have a fast and reliable internet connection and appropriate good quality equipment and work environment (PC, monitor, desk etc.)

# What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in a client-facing role, building automations for B2B clients.

- Expertise in automation platforms, especially Zapier, and a solid grasp of APIs and webhooks (core competency).

- Expertise in generative AI prompting principles and using AI tools in business processes.

- Proven experience in building solutions and automating processes involving CRMs, with HighLevel being highly desirable. Other systems we come across a lot include Pipedrive, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Xero/Quickbooks Online, SmartSuite/Airtable, Noloco/Softr, WordPress, Wix, SquareSpace, WhatsApp for Business, Twilio, Mailgun, SendGrid, Cloudflare.

- Understanding and experience of migrating from one system to another.

- Proficiency in a range of cloud-based tools used by SMEs reflecting a broad tech savviness.

- Proficiency in using project management tools to monitor task and project progress, ensuring timely delivery and on budget.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to navigate complex process challenges creatively.

- Excellent English, both spoken, and writing skills, able to create reports and documentation, and communicate effectively by email.

- Excellent listening and communication skills, adept at engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and project alignment. Excellent team communication, so we're all on the same page when it comes to progress.

- Exceptional productivity and time management skills with the ability to manage your own time and work to strict timelines and deadlines.

- A continuous improvement mindset. A fascination for building things with emerging tech, especially AI.

# The following skills or app experience are not essential but would be useful:

Skills: business analysis; basic coding with Javascript or Python; process mapping; workflow design; report writing.
