Appliance Repair Dispatcher and Call Center Agent

Fast Appliance Repair Pro is a trusted appliance repair and installation company based in Toronto, Canada. We are looking for a remote dispatcher/call center agent to support our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include:
Answer incoming calls from customers (appliance repair & installation inquiries)
Schedule and dispatch technicians using Housecall Pro and QC
Confirm and update customer appointments 24 hours ahead of time
Coordinate between technicians and customers in real time
Create invoices and take payments through the system if needed
Respond to Google Business messages and ensure good customer experience
Track job status, cancellations, and follow-ups
Report key updates to the owner and maintain communication logs

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English
Strong phone communication skills and a polite, calm tone
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Must be available Monday to Saturday, 8 AM – 6 PM EST (Toronto time)
Experience with customer support, dispatching, or call center work
Experience with Housecall Pro, QC, or similar CRMs is a big plus
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
You will receive full training and scripts. This is a long-term role with opportunity to grow within the company.
