Creative VA – Video + Podcast Editor (Descript)

Hi there! I’m Ariel — a plant-based nutrition specialist, personal chef, boutique caterer and founder of Sprout & Thrive Wellness. I’m looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented VA to help me edit and organize video and podcast content for my beta launch program The Seed Journey and beyond.

This is a soulful, feminine brand — rooted in healing, simplicity, and embodiment. If you’re creative, organized, and great with Descript (or willing to learn), this might be for you!


? Tasks You’ll Help With
Editing short and long-form videos in Descript + Capcut
Trimming, adding captions, transitions, and gentle music
Cleaning and editing audio for my 3-part podcast mini-series
Creating short audiogram clips for Instagram (optional)
Cut 2–3 short reels or audiograms/week
Organizing files inside Google Drive or Dropbox
Exporting polished final videos for Kajabi and social
Update Trello board, mark tasks
Repurpose podcast quotes into carousels
