Google Ads Specialist (Part-Time to Full-Time)

I'm an experienced eCommerce brand owner with 4+ years in the game. I’ve built and scaled every part of my business myself—generating over $5M in revenue and managing $1M+ in ad spend on Google Ads & I’m ready to delegate to scale further.

I’m looking for someone who is:

A true expert in Google Ads (not just running smart campaigns)

Capable of auditing a performing account and honestly telling me if you can do better—and exactly how you would do it

Understands scaling, testing, search, shopping, Performance Max, custom feeds, bidding strategies, and analytics

Bonus: Knows how to build landing pages in GemPages

I know what it takes to run ads at a high level—so if you’re not better than me, this won’t be a fit.

Structure:

Start: Trial or hourly (starting at 4 hours/day)

Potential: Move to full-time (8 hours/day) with higher pay if results are strong

Rate: Competitive, based on skill
