We are a fast-growing marketing agency based in Boston, MA, specializing in restaurant and hospitality clients. We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our social media, content, and digital marketing efforts across multiple brands. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has hands-on experience managing B2C social media accounts, with a sharp eye for brand voice, visual strategy, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Content Planning & Scheduling
-Draft weekly content calendars (4 posts/week. 2 reels/2 carousel posts) with captions, image selections, and scheduling logistics.
-Create weekly Instagram Stories for each client, aligned with current promotions and initiatives.
-Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging posts, graphics, and stories that reflect brand voice and aesthetics.
-Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite and Instagram, maintaining consistency with each brand’s calendar.
-Monitor engagement across platforms; flag messages, respond to comments, and support community interaction.
-Analyze content performance and provide insights to guide future improvements.
-Uphold brand guidelines and platform best practices across all published content.
2. Google Business Profile Management
-Publish weekly Google Posts for all client locations using the internal GMB Google Sheet.
-Upload 10–15 photos to each client’s Google profile 1–2x/month, ensuring a mix of food, beverage, and ambiance.
-Source images from Lightroom and coordinate with content teams to ensure photo recency.
3. TikTok & YouTube Shorts Management
-Post 1x/week to TikTok and YouTube Shorts using content pulled from Dropbox.
-Use ChatGPT to create SEO-optimized captions with trending hashtags.
-Track and submit posts for review using the shared Google Sheet.
-Collaborate with content team for feedback and approval before publishing.
4. Community Management & Engagement
-Monitor DMs and comments across Instagram,
-Flag guest inquiries or issues by screenshotting and forwarding to appropriate client AE.
-Ensure influencer mentions are reposted and commented on where applicable.
-Participate in client-specific follow/unfollow initiatives when directed.
5. Private Event Space Video Uploads
-Upload private event room tour videos to YouTube.
-Use provided event space sheet to label videos with correct titles and SEO-optimized descriptions.
-Source professional stills from Lightroom and use KlingAI to animate.
6. Cross-Team Communication
-Work in close partnership with the Content Production Team, Account Directors, and Client Teams.
-Keep Slack and internal docs updated with project status and client activity.
-Attend regular internal meetings to stay aligned with brand strategies and marketing calendars.
Qualifications:
-3–5 years of experience in social media, digital content, or marketing roles—agency or in-house experience in hospitality/restaurant brands strongly preferred.
-Deep understanding of Meta Business Suite, Instagram/TikTok best practices, Google Business Profile, and short-form video content platforms.
-Understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT and KlingAI
-Strong writing and organizational skills with an ability to match varied brand voices.
-Working knowledge of content creation workflows, Lightroom, Dropbox, and scheduling tools such as Trello.
-Comfortable juggling multiple brands and accounts, with strong attention to detail.
Bonus Skills:
-Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience
-Photography or video editing experience
-Familiarity with influencer marketing or grassroots growth tactics
