Marketing, Shopify, & Distribution Manager for Startup Clothing Brand

Looking for a freelancer or small agency to take ownership of our startup clothing brand’s marketing and distribution, and help us finalize our Shopify setup. This is a remote role with potential to grow into an ongoing monthly retainer.

We’ve already laid the groundwork , products and packaging are ready, and the Shopify store is mostly built. Now we need someone who can:

• Launch and run marketing funnels (ads, promotions, influencer outreach, etc.)
• Set up and manage our distribution strategy (we’re shipping from Singapore)
• Finalize our Shopify store setup, payments, and shipping integrations

ABOUT THE BRAND
We’re a clothing startup offering high-quality, great-fitting essentials for shorter men. Company is based in Singapore with a remote team,.We're aiming for a strong international launch of our first collection (including Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Cambodia, Philippines, Vietnam, Australia, and USA).

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Marketing & Distribution
• Develop and execute launch strategy (ads, emails, influencer outreach, etc.)
• Set up and manage Facebook/Meta + Google Ads
• Recommend apps/tools to boost conversion and retention
• Suggest and manage distribution channels where relevant
• Track performance and provide regular reporting
Shopify Setup & Shipping
• Finalize product pages, navigation, cart, and checkout (mostly complete)
• Set up shipping from Singapore (couriers, zones, rates)
• Integrate payment gateways
• Ensure mobile-optimized, conversion-friendly UX

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong background in ecommerce marketing and scaling
• Shopify experience (including shipping + payments setup)
• Bonus: Experience with Singapore-based or apparel startups

SCOPE
• Initial project: Shopify finalization + launch strategy + marketing setup
• Potential for ongoing work (if successful): Monthly retainer for ads, distribution, and promotional campaigns
