Job Description:
We’re developing a new website for ---------- and are looking for a knowledgeable, reliable SEO specialist to help us build a strong foundation for organic search. This is a niche site that relies heavily on authority, trust, and visibility in a very specific space.

If you understand how to use SEO to drive qualified traffic—not just rankings—and can help a brand dominate its category with clean, proven tactics, this gig is for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Performing a full SEO audit of the current and development/staging site
• Conducting keyword research focused on our niche: horse breeding, Blue Valentine bloodline, stallions for sale, and related terms
• Implementing on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headers, internal linking, image optimization, URL structure)
• Setting up and optimizing Google Search Console and Analytics
• Creating a 90-day roadmap for SEO growth
• Providing technical SEO recommendations where applicable (site speed, crawlability, schema)
• Outlining a clean backlink strategy using white-hat methods (no black hat tactics)

Who We’re Looking For:
• Solid, proven experience in SEO (niche or local business SEO is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
• Familiar with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, etc.
• Bonus if you’ve worked in agriculture, equine, or rural-based industries—but not required
