Video Editor For Ecom/Dropshipping Brands

We're looking for a highly creative, experienced video editor who understands how to create direct-response video ads for eCommerce and dropshipping brands.

This is not a basic editing job. We want someone who can replicate and iterate on proven ad structures, source dynamic B-roll, use AI tools like HeyGen or alternatives, and bring our creative vision to life — with speed and initiative.

? Scope of Work:
Platform Focus: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), vertical-first (9:16), and some 3:4

Video Type: Short-form ad creatives (15–180 seconds)

Volume: 1–2 unique creatives/day, each with 3 hook/intro variations

AI Tools: HeyGen or comparable AI avatar/voiceover tools (your choice if quality is high)

Assets Provided: You’ll receive scripts and high-performing ad examples

Autonomy Expected: You’ll also need to source B-roll, structure your edits, and sometimes rewrite hooks as needed

Has direct experience editing for eCommerce/dropshipping video ads

Knows how to create scroll-stopping intros, emotional storytelling arcs, and engaging CTAs

Can edit for conversions, not just aesthetics

Comfortable using AI voiceover + avatar tools (tool logins will be provided)

Can work 20–30 hours/week reliably

Proactive and takes creative ownership

Familiar with Meta Ads and top ad trends (UGC, testimonials, "problem–agitate–solve" flow, etc.)
