Hi there! I'm the founder of a fast-growing e-commerce consultancy that helps brands scale their revenue through expert management of their digital advertising and e-commerce strategy. We currently manage a significant ad spend portfolio (on track for €1.5M this year) and are poised for major growth.
We are looking for a dedicated, strategic partner to take full ownership of our clients' ad account performance. This is more than a job; it's a chance to be a foundational member of a growing team, with a direct impact on our success and the opportunity to lead our expansion into new platforms.
The Mission: This is NOT a Traditional "Ad Manager" Role
The old way of managing ads is dead. Our philosophy is that creative is the new targeting, and data is the language that tells us what to do next.
Your mission is to be the strategic engine behind our clients' growth. You will transform ad performance by leading creative strategy, translating complex data into clear actions, and managing the entire creative pipeline from ideation to execution. You will be the critical link between our clients' creative teams and their business results.
What You'll Be Doing (Your Key Responsibilities):
Creative Performance Analysis:
Dive deep into ad performance data daily across Meta and Google to understand why certain assets (videos, images, copy) are winning or losing.
Translate these data points into actionable insights and clear, compelling creative briefs for our clients.
Constantly analyze competitor ad strategies using platform libraries to identify new trends and opportunities.
Client Collaboration & Creative Pipeline Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for the client's creative team, building strong, collaborative relationships.
Create, manage, and enforce a shared creative calendar to ensure a consistent pipeline of new assets for testing.
Lead weekly creative sync-up calls with clients to review performance insights and present data-backed recommendations.
Campaign & Platform Management:
Structure, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta (Advantage+) and Google (P-Max), focusing on modern, broad-targeting strategies.
Monitor account health, pacing, and core KPIs (ROAS, MER, CPA) to ensure we are hitting performance targets.
What We're Looking For (The Ideal Candidate):
Proven Expertise in Paid Social/Search: You have 2+ years of hands-on experience managing significant ad spend for e-commerce brands, with deep expertise in Meta and/or Google Ads. You have a portfolio of results to prove it.
A Hunger to Master TikTok: You don't need to be a TikTok expert today, but you must have a burning desire to become one. You are a fast learner, excited by new challenges, and ready to lead this initiative.
Deeply Analytical: You love data. You can find the story in a spreadsheet and use it to make strategic decisions.
An Excellent Communicator & Project Manager: You are fluent in English, highly organized, and confident in your ability to manage client relationships and projects effectively.
A Proactive Self-Starter: You thrive in an autonomous environment. You take ownership, manage your own time, and are driven by results without needing constant oversight.
A good understanding of what makes a good creative for a luxury cosmetic brand and potentially some design experience.
