Full-Time SEO, Google Ads & Website Manager Wanted – Long-Term Position with Growing U.S. Company (Work From Home)

We’re now building out our in-house digital team and are looking for someone experienced, smart, and reliable to manage our SEO, Google Ads, and website — and help us dominate search rankings in every city we serve.


What You’ll Be Doing:
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Keyword research and mapping
• On-page optimization (internal linking, meta tags, schema, etc.)
• Technical SEO audits and fixes
• Google Business Profile optimization
• Local citation building
• Backlink outreach and guest posting
• Google Ads Management
• Build, test, and manage Search and Display campaigns
• Optimize for cost-per-lead, quality score, and conversions
• Track and report ROI performance weekly
• Website Management
• Manage, update, and optimize pages (WordPress or Webflow)
• Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience
• Optimize pages for conversions (form flow, structure, CTAs)
• Collaborate with our design team or edit basic graphics as needed



You’re a Good Fit If You:
• Have 5+ years experience in SEO
• Have 2+ years experience with Google Ads
• Are confident managing websites (preferably WordPress or Webflow)
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Are independent and take initiative
• Can deliver measurable results
• Are looking for long-term, stable work with a growing company
• Bonus if you have skills in:
• Graphic design or Canva
• Basic video editing
• HTML/CSS or page builder tools



Tools You Should Know:
• Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4)
• Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightLocal, Screaming Frog
• Google Ads Manager
• WordPress or Webflow
• SurferSEO or similar
• (Optional) Adobe Photoshop or Canva
