Sales Representative

We’re looking for the best Sales Representative – someone who’s seasoned and experienced.

100% Remote / WFH

Position Title: Customer Service Representative (SALES) Industry: Construction and Engineering (10–50 employees)
Language Requirement: Fluent English – We require candidates to be native English speakers, preferably with an American accent, to ensure effective communication and cultural alignment.
Job Description: Our company, based in Ireland, specializes in manufacturing and selling innovative water flood protection systems. We are seeking an experienced salesperson to join our team.

Key Requirements:
Native English speaker with a preference for an American accent.
Previous sales experience, preferably in the American market.
Access to a PC or laptop with a stable internet connection and noise-canceling headphones.

Responsibilities:
Engage with international (primarily American) clients and leads via phone calls, text messages, and emails.
Manage customer information within the CRM system.
No cold calling; only follow-ups with interested customers who have requested our products.
Coordinate internal communication for payment and delivery processes.
Assist customers in safeguarding their properties from water floods.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate is outgoing, open-minded, persistent, and quick-thinking, with excellent communication skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
