We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Email Marketer who wants to make a real impact on a fast-growing wellness brand.

As our Email Marketer, you’ll own the entire retention lifecycle — from ideating campaigns and flows, to writing copy, setting up automations, and analyzing performance. You’ll play a critical role in engaging our community and turning one-time customers into loyal fans.

As our Email Marketer, you’ll own the entire retention lifecycle — from ideating campaigns and flows, to writing copy, setting up automations, and analyzing performance. You’ll play a critical role in engaging our community and turning one-time customers into loyal fans.

If you’ve got experience in e-commerce email marketing and love combining storytelling with strategy — this role is for you.

DO NOT APPLY IF:

- You are a general virtual assistant with no specialized experience in email marketing
- You’ve never worked with an e-commerce brand or DTC business
- You don’t have experience creating automated email flows (e.g. welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase)
- You don’t write your own email copy or depend entirely on templates
- You’re unfamiliar with platforms like Klaviyo, Omnisend, or ActiveCampaign

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF:

- You’ve built, written, and tested email flows from scratch
- You’ve worked with e-commerce brands and understand their customer journeys
- You have experience using Klaviyo or similar tools to segment, A/B test, and track performance
- You love writing clear, engaging, conversion-focused copy
- You enjoy optimizing subject lines, flows, and automations for better results
- You’re organized, analytical, and proactive

What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead the retention marketing strategy across email. Your scope includes:

- Plan and write weekly email campaigns
- Build and optimize email flows (welcome, cart abandonment, re-engagement, post-purchase, etc.)
- Segment audiences and personalize content based on customer behavior
- A/B test subject lines, designs, CTAs, and sending times
- Monitor performance and make recommendations based on data
- Coordinate with the social and product teams to align messaging

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years experience in email marketing for e-commerce brands
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience using Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar ESPs
- Familiar with email performance metrics and growth levers
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Details:

This is a full-time remote role (with daily check-ins and clear accountability).

Remuneration: ~100, ---------- ,000 PHP per month

Commitment: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.30pm)
