- You’ve never worked with an e-commerce brand or DTC business
- You don’t have experience creating automated
- You don’t write your own
- You’re unfamiliar with platforms like Klaviyo, Omnisend, or ActiveCampaign
YOU SHOULD APPLY IF:
- You’ve built, written, and tested
- You’ve worked with e-commerce brands and understand their customer journeys
- You have experience using Klaviyo or similar tools to segment, A/B test, and track performance
- You love writing clear, engaging, conversion-focused copy
- You enjoy optimizing subject lines, flows, and automations for better results
- You’re organized, analytical, and proactive
What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead the retention marketing strategy across
- Plan and write weekly
- Build and optimize
- Segment audiences and personalize content based on customer behavior
- A/B test subject lines, designs, CTAs, and sending times
- Monitor performance and make recommendations based on data
- Coordinate with the social and product teams to align messaging
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years experience in
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience using Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar ESPs
- Familiar with
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Details:
This is a full-time remote role (with daily check-ins and clear accountability).
Remuneration: ~100,
Commitment: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.30pm)
