We’re building the leading AI-driven medical scribing and clinical documentation platform for small to mid-sized practices. Our solution automates charting, coding, and billing workflows, saving providers hours per day on paperwork. As we scale, we’re looking for an Account Executive who knows how to navigate the U.S. medical market, demo complex solutions, and close 1–15-provider practices.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle sales: Prospect, demo, negotiate, and close new logo deals with practices of 1–15 providers
- Build pipeline: Target medical groups (billing, coding, scribing services; med-tech and B2B SaaS) using inbound leads, outbound outreach, and channel partners
- Educate & consult: Deliver compelling product demonstrations that show ROI in coding accuracy, billing efficiency, and provider productivity
- Manage contracts & renewals: Draft proposals, manage legal/PROC processes, and ensure a smooth hand-off to Customer Success
- Hit and exceed quotas: Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly MRR and ACV targets
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 2+ years’ full-cycle sales in the U.S. medical space, selling into billing/coding, medical scribing, or health-tech SaaS
- Proven track record closing deals with small physician groups (1–15 providers)
- Strong demo chops: Comfortable delivering technical presentations to C-suite, practice managers, and end users
- Hunter mentality: Self-starter who can build territory from cold outreach, referrals, and events
- CRM proficiency: Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
- Excellent English communicator: Clear written and verbal skills; consultative approach to selling
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling AI- or workflow-automation solutions in healthcare
- Prior work with medical billing & coding teams or services (in-house or VA providers)
- Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and healthcare compliance
