Customer Service with Drop shipping with Niche Product Research Experience

I am looking for an assistant to help me deal with customer service inquiries relating to updates of delivery times with my dropshipping store. The store is shopify store and I seek someone who is also able to and has experience of research niche products niche markets and finding suitable products to market to this audience.

This role would suit someone with experience of eccomerce, fluent in English and the ability to learn quickly.

We will work with Asana a project management tool and all taks will be communicted via this tool and skype calls.
