Client Intake & Onboarding Specialist (Healthcare Background Preferred)

Veterans Global Consulting is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and personable Client Intake & Onboarding Specialist to guide veterans through our intake process. You’ll be the first point of contact for new clients helping them feel welcomed, supported, and confident as they begin their VA disability claim journey.

This is a hybrid role that combines sales-style follow-up, intake coordination, and client support, ideal for someone with a healthcare, claims, or insurance background.

Key Responsibilities
Client Intake & Scheduling

Reach out to new leads and referrals to introduce services and complete intake calls

Guide veterans through digital forms, questionnaires, and document uploads

Schedule medical evaluations and prepare clients for appointments

Case Documentation & Support

Collect and organize medical records, intake forms, and client responses

Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed

Assist with follow-ups to gather any missing information

Client Communication & Follow-Up

Explain the process and benefits of working with our firm

Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular contact throughout onboarding

Provide basic tech support for Zoom, telehealth links, and digital platforms

CRM & Administrative Tasks

Update CRM with case notes, client communication, and intake status

Track client progress and milestones in our case management system

Coordinate with internal staff to ensure timely handoffs and clean files

About You
Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and organization

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Calendar, Drive)

Comfortable working with cloud-based systems and CRMs

Preferred Backgrounds:

Healthcare (medical assistant, scheduler, insurance verifier, etc.)

Disability claims, legal intake, or insurance processing

Veteran services or experience working with military populations
