For this year's company vacation, we're eyeing Boracay or Thailand!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manually generating book previews using our custom-built apps
- Reviewing previews for quality and AI errors before sending to customers via
- Coordinating approvals and updating order status for our back-end production team
- Using tools like Shopify, Google Sheets, Notion, and etc.
- Managing customer communication around preview delivery and corrections
What We’re Looking For:
- 1.5–2 years of Shopify order fulfillment experience
- 1.5–2 years of customer service experience
- Experience working with AI-generated content (image or text)
- High attention to detail—you spot inconsistencies others miss
- Strong endurance for repetitive tasks without losing accuracy
- Solid time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable using Gorgias, Google Sheets, Notion, and multitasking across tabs
- Process-driven but also capable of identifying inefficiencies and suggesting fixes
- Fluent English (especially in writing, for customer communication)
- Committed to working weekends and evening PH hours (Saturday to Thursday 44 work week)
Requirements:
Your PC must meet or exceed the following:
-- Windows 11 (Version 10.0.26100)
-- AMD Ryzen 7 4800H or equivalent (8 cores, 16 threads, 2.9GHz+)
-- 16 GB RAM minimum and SSD preferred
-- Stable internet and time zone aligned with 2PM–10PM PHT
Nice to Have:
- Intermediate Google Sheets skills (formulas, filters)
- Familiarity with personalized products or e-commerce customization
- Previous experience with Notion or project tracking tools
- Creative or visual eye for layout and story-based content
- Able to Flag process improvements and keeping documentation in Notion up to date
