Operations and Customer Success Executive

Lunoji is looking to hire an Operations Executive who is keen on helping us expand and get our innovative pet products out in the world.

What is Lunoji?

Lunoji is a Singapore-based startup that designs, manufactures, and retails innovative physical pet products, treats and supplements. Launched in January 2022 through a successful crowdfunding campaign, we are currently expanding our product offerings as well as aiming for growth both locally and in new international markets.

We are a small team in a fun and fast growing industry. We get creative, innovate and ultimately help to improve the lives of pets and pet owners alike. Roles and responsibilities

As an Operations Executive at Lunoji, you will be responsible for running and stream-lining the operations of our company as we look to scale up and grow rapidly across different markets and channels. This will involve all aspects of operations including:

Supply chain
- Logistics and inventory management
- Liaison with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement operational policies to streamline processes

Sales operations
- Monitor and support the growth of B2B sales channels
- Coordinate with retailers and distributors to support wholesale operations
- B2C customer recovery & success

We are looking for someone who is:

- Naturally organised and passionate about making things work better
- A keen learner who can work independently and make decisions based on numbers
- With an eye for detail, while being able to keep in mind overall business goals
- Keen on hands-on work, but also hungry to make a big impact at a high level
- Bonus: animal loving and good with dogs and cats (we bring dogs to the office!)

Skills:

- Basic understanding of operations management
- Intermediate Google Sheets
- Confidence in working with basic numbers
- Proficient in both English and Chinese
- Familiarity with Shopify, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms is a bonus
