About Us
We are Esszett.eu, a Berlin-based online store specializing in luxury lighting, designer decor, and premium home accessories. As we grow our catalog with many European brands, we need a skilled assistant to help us structure our product data, upload new items, and maintain a clean, organized shop backend.


What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a long-term, part-time tea ---------- mber who can:

Organize and restructure product categories using a predefined German tagging system

Process CSV files from our suppliers and import them using Ablestar or Matrixify

Set accurate:

Inventory locations (warehouse IDs)

Purchase and retail prices

Visibility status

Metafields

Templates

Ensure that all product tags are applied in German

Over time: Support with visual optimization using Canva (USPs, banners, thumbnails)

Shopify Admin

Ablestar Bulk Editor

Matrixify (optional)

Google Sheets / Excel

Canva (for future product image enhancements)

Whatsapp and Mail (for team communication)



Your Profile
Proven experience in Shopify product management

Excellent knowledge of CSV-based workflows

Detail-oriented and organized

Comfortable working with data: tags, templates, metafields, prices

Canva experience is a plus – or willingness to learn with templates

Fluent in English (German not required, but must be able to apply German tags from templates)

Weekly Tasks
Tag and structure products based on a fixed German tag system

Upload products via CSV and review for quality

Maintain metafields, templates, visibility, and location accuracy

Support in launching new product collections

Future: Create visuals for product pages using Canva

TEST PROJECT (Paid if accepted)
To assess your skills, we’ll send you a short test project:

A CSV file with 10 sample products

You’ll be asked to:

Apply the correct tags (in German, based on our guide)

Assign the right warehouse, prices, template, metafields

Prepare a valid CSV for import via Ablestar or Matrixify

Briefly explain your process and show 2–3 screenshots of your result

If the results are good, we’ll onboard you immediately.
