Do you know how to design funnels that convert, create beautiful Canva graphics, and whip up high-performing ad creatives using CapCut?

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:

You’ve worked inside Kajabi and know it like the back of your hand

You’ve built or supported funnels using James Wedmore’s BBD framework

You’re confident with Zapier integrations (we use it with Shopify)

You’re skilled in graphic design using Canva

You have Meta Pixel and Facebook Ad Manager experience

You can cut and edit ads with CapCut

You’re based in the Philippines, have stable internet, and are 100% reliable

You communicate clearly, deliver on time, and take ownership

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Redesign and rebuild our Kajabi funnel (immediate priority!)

Manage Zapier integrations between Kajabi, Shopify, and other platforms

Create premium visual assets and graphics in Canva

Support with Meta ad setup, pixel tracking, and audience setup

Edit and prepare ad creatives in CapCut

Assist with email automations, upsells, and launch setup

REQUIREMENTS:

Prior Kajabi experience (portfolio or examples required)

Familiarity with James Wedmore’s Business By Design

Canva design experience (must be premium quality)

Experience with Zapier (especially Shopify integrations)

Meta Ads knowledge (Pixel, Events Manager, Custom Audiences)

CapCut experience (basic editing and ad prep)

Fast, reliable, communicative, and organised

Must be available to start immediately

DETAILS:

Part-time (15–20 hours/week) with potential to grow

AUD $10 hour

Able to work in AEST time zone
