Paywolf is a high-performance B2B lead generation agency helping US-based companies book qualified appointments through AI-powered outbound systems. We work with SaaS, fintech, and lending companies, and we’re scaling fast.

???? ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re hiring an experienced SDR (Sales Development Representative) who knows how to:

Research and qualify B2B prospects

Execute cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, SMS)

Follow scripts but personalize when needed

Book qualified sales appointments with decision-makers

You’ll be the first human contact in our sales process, so we need someone sharp, professional, and persistent.

? REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
? 2+ years of B2B SDR experience (not B2C, not telemarketing)

? Proven track record of booking qualified appointments

? Fluent in English (written & spoken) with near-native grammar

? Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, GHL, and CRM tools

? Understands B2B prospecting: ICP, buying signals, cold outreach scripts

? Strong attention to detail – no copy-paste messages allowed

???? DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Research, qualify, and enrich prospect lists

Execute daily outbound across channels (mostly cold email + LinkedIn)

Write & personalize short outreach messages

Respond to inbound interest or reply to leads

Set and confirm qualified appointments for the sales team

Track activity and performance daily

Attend internal syncs and submit daily reports
