Real Estate Cold Caller/ Lead Manager

Job Description:
We’re a fast-growing real estate investment company looking for an experienced cold caller to speak with sellers to generate appointments for our acquisitions team.

Your Responsibilities Include:
• Scraping daily leads from Zillow, Resimpli, Propstream
• Skip tracing and cold outreach (text, email, phone)
• Managing CRM (Resimpli)
• Setting appointments and follow-ups
• Generating daily KPI reports (leads contacted, appointments set)

Note: Coordination with title companies and sending offers will be handled by our TC and team.

Requirements:
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Experience in real estate (wholesaling preferred)
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Organized, goal-oriented, and reliable
• CRM experience is a plus

Pay: $4–$6/hour USD depending on experience
Hours: 30–40 hours/week
