We’re growing fast and need a powerful, multi-talented Executive Funnel + Systems Assistant to help us execute at a high level. This is not a junior VA position. You’ll work closely with the CEO and play a critical role in building and running the technology behind our vision.

THE ROLE: EXECUTION + STRATEGY + SYSTEMS
You are the kind of person who:

Builds before being asked

Thinks in funnels, workflows, tags, and automation logic

Can take a vision and make it real inside Go High Level

Understands how to manage a calendar and optimize a CRM

Is obsessed with clean execution, speed, and results

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Go High Level Mastery
Build and launch high-converting funnels (opt-ins, VSLs, bookings, agent onboarding)

Design and optimize CRM pipelines, tags, triggers, automations

Create workflows with conditional logic, delays, internal alerts, lead scoring

Build email/SMS sequences and dynamic appointment flows

Implement lead magnet funnels, upsells, nurture flows

Build reporting dashboards and analytics to track performance

Executive & Tech Support
Handle and improve daily GHL, calendar, inbox, and system operations

Manage small projects, deadlines, checklists, and reporting

Help organize tasks, delegate assignments, and update SOPs

Monitor team task flow and flag what’s falling behind

Anticipate what’s needed and get it done before being asked

AI & Integration Bonus
Experience using tools like ChatGPT, Opus Clip, Mailbox Power, Dubb, Canva

Comfortable integrating tools via Zapier, Make, or GHL webhooks

Able to support cross-platform setup (ex: connecting funnels to CRM, calendar, video tools, etc.)

Optional: Kartra, Kajabi, WordPress, Monday or ClickUp

COMPENSATION & COMMITMENT
Trial project will be paid

Long-term role with weekly pay, bonuses, and promotion path

Must be able to work within U.S. Eastern Time (or overlap)

Competitive PH-based rate based on skill and initiative
