About the Role
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing Passivae's entire social media landscape, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, Instagram,
You will be the architect of our social media visibility, driving impressions, engagement, and ultimately, awareness for Passivae. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice of an innovative startup and work alongside a passionate team.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Passivae's brand goals, focusing on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and inbound leads.
Content Production & Management:
Collaborate closely with our graphic designer and video editor to brainstorm, conceptualize, and produce high-quality campaigns and content.
Oversee the end-to-end production of social media assets, ensuring they are optimized for each platform.
Manage and maintain a dynamic content calendar across all primary social channels.
Platform Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of how LinkedIn, Instagram,
Engagement & Growth:
Implement strategies to significantly increase impressions and engagement across all platforms.
Actively monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maintain relevance and maximize reach.
SEO & Visibility: Possess a strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to social media content to appear favorably in short-term trends and for long-term organic visibility.
Lead Generation Funnels: Design and implement social media funnels that effectively guide users towards engagement and convert into valuable inbound leads for our sales and growth teams.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Proactively propose and execute A/B tests for content, ad creatives, and campaign strategies to continually optimize performance.
Idea Generation: Consistently bring fresh, strategic ideas and innovative concepts to boost Passivae's visibility and brand perception.
Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 1-3 years of direct, hands-on experience managing social media for a brand, preferably within the tech, SaaS, or recruitment industry.
Demonstrated Expertise: You must be able to showcase a deep understanding of social media marketing, backed by examples of past success in increasing impressions, engagement, and building online communities.
Platform Mastery: Proven expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram,
Content Collaboration: Experience working effectively with designers and video editors to bring creative concepts to life.
SEO Acumen: Solid understanding of SEO principles as they apply to social media and content visibility.
Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to social media management, with proficiency in using analytics tools to measure performance and derive actionable insights.
Creative & Strategic Thinker: Ability to think outside the box, develop innovative campaigns, and translate brand objectives into engaging social content.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for compelling copy and storytelling.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Structure
This role can be full-time or part-time. We will begin with a weekly contract for the first month, with the potential to transition to a full-time role based on performance and mutual fit.
