3D Product Rendering Designer (Hyper realistic)

We’re a fast-growing eCommerce brand with our own warehouse and factory in the Netherlands. We make specialized soil mixes and plant care products for houseplant lovers all across Europe. To make our products shine online, we want to move from regular photos to stunning 3D renders.

We’re now looking for a 3D Product Rendering Designer — someone who can bring our products to life so beautifully that customers can practically "smell the soil through the screen."

You will be working directly with the founder. We’re a tight-knit team of 15 (including 5 PH members & 10 Dutch members).
Working Hours: Flexible, but available to communicate during EU business hours (08:00–17:00 Amsterdam time)
Position: Contract to hire, starting with a testproject, with full time opportunity right after.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
– Creating ultra-realistic 3D renders for our new soil packaging line (starting project)
– Expanding to full product line renders over time
– Translating our current photo-based visuals into consistent, high-quality 3D assets
– Collaborating on creative direction to capture the brand feeling ("feel the soil through the screen")

What We’re Looking For:
You’re highly skilled in 3D modeling and rendering, with a strong eye for detail and product realism. You understand how to showcase textures and materials (e.g., soil granules) and can match brand aesthetics precisely. You love crafting visuals that make customers stop and say "wow."

Bonus Points If You:
Have experience working with consumer product brands (especially in eCommerce)
Have handled packaging renders before
Can work quickly without compromising quality
Can provide creative input on composition and lighting
