YouTube Thumbnail Designer

Seeking talented thumbnail artist for my new YouTube channel: Donny Else, which analyzes the behavior of TV/movie characters (their mistakes, choices, relationships, etc).

This is a long-term position and will have consistent work each week. Requirement: 1 thumbnail per week (may grow to 2 per week).

I'm looking for someone with a high attention to detail and who can follow instructions to a tee, while also displaying their skill!
