About Us
We are a new Amazon FBA business based in the U.S., specializing in online arbitrage with a focus on achieving strong profit margins. Our operation plan is to scale rapidly, and we’re seeking an EXPERT level and self-motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) to take full ownership of managing our inventory sourcing, prep center coordination, and sales optimization. Looking to poach top talent (can start as part-time for the right candidate to gain confidence leaving their full-time team once proof of concept).

Job Overview
We are looking for an expert-level VA to run our entire Amazon FBA operation, starting with a $10,000 monthly spend for the first 3 months. Upon demonstrating a reliable return on investment (ROI), the spend will increase to $20,000 per month for the next 3 months. If we achieve a profit margin greater than 15%, we will scale to a $40,000 monthly spend and we will recruit a junior level sourcer to report to you and continually expand the team from there. The ideal candidate will require minimal training and direction, operating autonomously while business ownership/investment team will focus on strategy and high-level decision-making in a review and approval capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end online arbitrage operations, including product research, sourcing from retailers (e.g.,
• Coordinate with our prep center for inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring accurate processing and timely FBA delivery.
• Optimize product listings and pricing using tools like SellerAmp, Keepa, Boxem, and Aura to maintain 15-30% ROI. MUST be an expert at using at a minimum SellerAmp & Keepa. We welcome input on repricing and all tools.
• Monitor sales performance, adjust inventory strategies, and report key metrics (e.g., ROI, sales velocity) for review.
• Leverage discount platforms (e.g., Rakuten, Capital One Shopping) and gift card deals to maximize savings.
• Maintain compliance with Amazon policies, avoiding high-return products (electronics over $40, women’s shoes, women’s apparel, costumes) and strictly gated brands (e.g., Nike, Adidas).
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Amazon FBA or e-commerce operations, with a track record of achieving strong ROI (minimum 15% preferred).
• Expert-level proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, product research tools (e.g., SellerAmp, Keepa), inventory management/shipping software (Boxem) and repricing software (e.g., Aura).
• Strong organizational skills to manage a $10,000–$40,000 monthly budget and coordinate with a prep center independently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, requiring minimal oversight.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the potential to earn significant incentives based on performance.
• Access to reliable internet and a computer setup suitable for remote work.

Compensation:
• Base Salary: A modest starting wage (to be discussed, reflecting the low initial investment), designed to prioritize performance over a high fixed income.
• Lucrative Performance-Based Bonuses: Earn a percentage of monthly profit, with the potential for significant earnings based on ROI. Percentage of monthly profit, outlined bonus added to base salary, with higher percentages for higher ROI tiers assuming below $20K monthly goal spend. Beyond that limit, we can bring in additional tea

• ROI => 10 <12.5 percent, 10% of monthly profit bonus added to base salary ($200 - $250)
• ROI => 12.5 <15 percent, 11.25% of monthly profit bonus added to base salary ($281.25 - $337.28)
• ROI => 15 < 20 percent, 12.5% of monthly profit bonus added to base salary ($375 - $500)
• ROI => 20 >25 percent, 15% of monthly profit bonus added to base salary ($600 - $750)
• ROI => 25 >30 percent, 17.5% of monthly profit bonus added to base salary ($875 - $1,050)
