JOB OVERVIEW

Job Time:  10pm-6am PHT (Monday night-Friday night) or the equivalent of 9am-5pm USA Eastern time

You will respond immediately to sales leads that arrive via email.  You will evaluate the information in the lead form and send the appropriates samples via email.   This must be done within 3 minutes of receiving the lead form (ideally within seconds).  You will probably respond to approximately to 50-75 leads per shift

You will also forward sales material to clients and make sure they received the samples we sent. 

Over time, this job can evolve into more customer service work and online marketing tasks.

Requirements:

Reliable Internet access
Reliable Email access
Ability to work night hours (PHT)
Ability to respond immediately to sales leads
Great computer skills
Excellent written English skills
Attention to detail
Customer centered attitude
SKPE

Nice, but not required:
SEO Experience
Graphic Design Expertise
Article marketing

Initial Trial period of 2 weeks
Training provided.
