Marketing Assistant

I run a US based marketing agency, and I'm looking for someone who can help with simple media buying activities. I will be giving you specific instructions and training on what to do and how to do it.

YOU SHOULD:
> Have experience in marketing
> Understanding of math, statistics
> Experience with Microsoft Excel
> Great English speaker and writer
> Experience with paid advertising a plus (adwords, facebook, mobile)
> Photoshop/Graphic Design skills a plus
> HTML & Web Design skills a plus

I will train you on the basic stuff, if you have any of the "plus" experience I can give you more work and you will have the potential to make more money working with me.

I will expect 10-20 hours a week to start. Its the kind of work you will need to give attention to every day. I expect you to be smart, able to learn and solve problems, and a hard worker. If I give you work and say this will make you $ you should be the kind of person who does it tonight and not the next day.

We will start with a week long training period. After you prove your abilities we can negotiate either a monthly salary or salary+profit share of your work
