Vyond Setup Specialist

Project Summary:

I am launching a subscription-based animated video series that is focused on empowerment, faith, and healing for breast cancer survivors. To kick off production, I am hiring a Vyond animation setup specialist to create a polished, professional foundation that includes:
• Custom animated characters
• Background settings
• Intro and outro scenes with music
• AI voice integration guidance
• Editable video templates for weekly use

This is a one-time setup project (work-for-hire) with possible future consulting, designed so our internal team (including a virtual assistant) can manage ongoing video production.

Scope of Work:
1. Character Creation:
Develop 5 diverse, recurring animated characters (female breast cancer survivors of varying ethnicities/ages)
Each with distinct look, clothing, and personality traits
Consistent, on-brand styling suitable for faith-based, emotionally warm content
2. Environment & Scene Templates:
• Design 5 reusable animated background settings (home, outdoors, abstract, spiritual scenes, etc.)
• Include scene transitions and holding frames for script-based dialogues
3. Intro & Outro Creation:
• Create a 10–15 sec branded intro (with motion, light music, title reveal)
• Outro with uplifting theme music, call-to-action placeholders, and logo lockup
• Ensure ease of reuse with editable text/image layers
4. Voiceover Setup:
• Recommend 2–3 high-quality AI voice tools for our character voices
• Assist in selecting distinct voices for each animated character (female, English, warm tone)
• Provide directions or sample imports for syncing voice with animation
5. Documentation:
• Provide a simple instruction guide or screencast for our VA to customize each episode
• Include file naming system and organization strategy for reuse

Deliverables:
• 5 custom Vyond characters
• 5 reusable animated background scenes
• Branded intro and outro
• 2 editable Vyond templates (project files)
• Voice setup guide with character/scene alignment
• Final files delivered via Google Drive or Dropbox

Requirements:
• Proven experience building Vyond templates and characters (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of storytelling and emotional tone in animation
• Ability to design with brand consistency and audience sensitivity (women’s wellness, healing, faith-based)
• Bonus: Experience in health, spirituality, or motivational content
• Must be able to deliver full setup within 2–3 weeks
Compensation:
• Flat fee for project setup: \$300–\$500 depending on experience and quality
• Paid upon delivery and approval of assets (via Wise or Paypal)
• Future ongoing consulting possible
