As we scale, we’re looking for a proactive, smart, and reliable Store Manager who can manage disputes, ensure smooth order operations, and (optionally) build out our customer service team.

You're an experienced Shopify operator who thrives in the dropshipping world. You know how to handle disputes like a pro, speak english language with ease, and can communicate confidently with suppliers from China. You don’t just react — you take ownership and solve problems before they escalate. You understand how to comunicate with customers to sattisfy them and can translate
???? Key Responsibilities
1. Dispute Management
Handle chargebacks, claims, and disputes on platforms like Klarna.
Investigate customer cases, gather evidence, and respond with strong, timely documentation.
Track and optimize win-rates of disputes.
2. Customer Support Oversight
Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and clarity
Handle escalations and more complex cases directly.
Optional: Hire and manage a dedicated customer support VA under your lead.
3. Supplier & Fulfillment Coordination
Operate inside ServicePoint (our supplier & fulfillment management system).
Monitor for delays, errors, or shipping issues and resolve them swiftly with Chinese suppliers.
Maintain excellent communication and follow-up to ensure orders move smoothly.
4. Shopify Store Ops
Handle backend tasks such as refund processing, order checks, tagging flagged orders, and maintaining dispute notes.
Suggest and implement improvements in operations.
? Requirements
1+ years experience in Shopify dropshipping or e-commerce operations.
Solid understanding of dispute management (Klarna, PayPal, CC).
Experience working with Chinese suppliers and shipping platforms.
Strong English communication skills — both written and spoken.
Reliable internet and availability during EU business hours.
