Automation Expert (n8n + GoHighLevel) for Small Business Projects & Agency Support

We're looking for a skilled and reliable automation expert to join us on a long-term, part-time basis (with potential to grow). Our focus is helping small service businesses and running a website design agency that supports their success.

You must have:
- Hands-on experience with n8n (building and managing workflows, APIs, webhooks, scrapers, error handling)
- Solid knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) (automations, CRM setup, triggers, lead flows)
- Excellent English (both written and spoken) — clear communication is a must

Bonus if you also know:
Zapier / Make.com
Google Sheets automation
Web scraping
WordPress / Webhooks / CRMs


What you'll do:
Build and maintain automation flows that save time and increase efficiency for our clients
Connect tools like GHL, Facebook leads, Gmail, Calendars, etc.
Help streamline internal systems for our agency


Rate: $3–$7/hour based on experience
Work type: Part-time with flexible hours
Location: Remote
Start date: As soon as possible
