Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain and update compliance documentation, including authorizations, licenses, and certifications.

Train staff on regulatory requirements and best practices in healthcare compliance.

Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement compliance strategies.

Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare laws and guidelines.

? Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Compliance Officer or similar role in a healthcare setting.

In-depth knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and other healthcare compliance standards.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for home health, clinics, or other care-based services.

Excellent organizational, auditing, and reporting skills.

Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office.

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Law, or related field preferred.
