Overview:
We’re a Canadian eCommerce brand in the tactical and military space, and we’re hiring a Marketing Director to lead strategy, systems, and execution across our marketing operation. This is a senior-level role focused on performance, accountability, and leadership. You’ll be managing full-stack marketing execution—from owned channels to paid campaigns—while building a results-driven remote team.
We run a structured, high-clarity operation, and we expect the same from this role. You’ll work closely with leadership, apply frameworks like EOS, McKinsey 7S, and Agile, and make sure campaigns move with speed and precision.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-Lead and manage full-stack marketing across acquisition, retention, lifecycle, and brand
-Own our
-Oversee CRM structure, segmentation, and lifecycle automation
-Use Agile sprint planning to prioritize and ship campaigns effectively
-Align marketing execution with business goals using EOS and McKinsey 7S
-Build and lead a Philippines-based remote team with clear structure and strong communication
-Coordinate with product, creative, and dev teams to drive integrated campaigns
-Track KPIs, manage budgets, and report performance weekly
-What We’re Looking For:
-Based in the Philippines and available to work 11 PM – 7 AM PH time (Alberta business hours)
-3+ years of experience in eCommerce or DTC marketing
-Advanced skills in CRM,
-Experience leading Agile marketing teams and managing sprints
-Hands-on knowledge of EOS and McKinsey 7S in real marketing operations
-Strong leadership presence, clear communicator, and system-oriented mindset
-Able to drive performance while building a focused, healthy team culture
