Are you an organized, detail-driven virtual assistant with experience in the travel industry and a strong command of CRM systems? Elite Destinations is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our growing luxury travel business and help us stay seamlessly connected with our clients.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy tea ---------- mber who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the unique needs of a high-touch travel agency. This role is ideal for someone who has prior experience assisting travel advisors and is familiar with platforms like TESS, Travefy, Travel Joy, or TERN—experience in these systems is a strong asset.

You’ll assist with operational tasks, client communication, CRM organization, and bi-weekly email marketing campaigns. If you're passionate about travel, highly organized, and eager to grow with a thriving company, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Support travel advisors with administrative tasks, including data entry, itinerary support, and booking confirmations

Manage CRM systems with accuracy and efficiency (TESS, Travel Joy, Travefy, TERN, etc.)

Set up and send bi-weekly email marketing campaigns to our client list

Help track and maintain timelines for group trips and destination weddings

Organize client documents, internal files, and agency calendars

Assist with client onboarding and tracking project workflows

Join weekly team calls and maintain clear, prompt communication with the team

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience working with or assisting travel advisors is highly preferred

Strong working knowledge of travel CRM platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Highly organized and self-motivated with attention to detail

Able to handle multiple tasks and manage timelines effectively

Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools

A passion for travel and client experience

Position Details:

Part-time to start (approx. 10 hours per week), with the potential to grow to 20–30 hours per week

Fully remote, flexible work schedule

Long-term opportunity for the right candidate
