Full-Time Virtual Assistant for E-Commerce Bookkeeping & Order Management (Time Tracker Required)

We are a U.S.-based e-commerce business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time. This role will focus on bookkeeping, order tracking, and ensuring accurate delivery confirmation for our online arbitrage operations.

Duties
Input and manage order data across systems like SellerBoard and QuickBooks or Xero

Assist with profit & loss tracking, expense categorization, and financial reporting

run through our spread sheet and track orders daily see what has arrived and what hasnt and the final QTY we recieved for example you will go on walmarts website click the tracking link for each item and see if quantity is different from what we ordered and were expecting. make sure Proof of delivery is correct to our warehouse.

Maintain organized, up-to-date records on all transactions

? Requirements:
Must have prior experience with e-commerce businesses

Proficient in using QuickBooks or Xero, and preferably SellerBoard

Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple orders across platforms

Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace

Use of a time tracker is mandatory — no exceptions

Full-time position (40 hours/week)

???? Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Amazon FBA or online arbitrage workflows

Experience managing bookkeeping tasks for U.S.-based businesses
